Your Success Personal Growth Plan

Here's an interesting exercise that will no doubt highlight the importance of working on your own success personal growth program.

Tomorrow, when you wake up, start writing down everything you do and simply identify if that activity, thought, or action is the result of something YOU intended, or something that you are doing because someone else asked or told you to do it?

Putting some thought into our most recent article "Success Personal Growth Plan Begins With Regaining Control Over Your Life" got me thinking more than usual about who really controls my day.

For example, when did you get out of bed? Was it at a time YOU controlled, or were you controlled by your job, your family or anyone else?

What about your morning routine - are you racing through breakfast, choose the food you eat based on how much time you have, automatically arrive at the coffee shop first think in the morning because it's the only way you can get through the morning?

I guarantee you, spend a day documenting WHY you take each action or thought and you will be incented to develop your own success personal growth plan - if only to regain control in your life.
