Great yoga Ball Exercise For Middle Age Men And Women
Being a middle-age man, many of us struggle with lower back pain and that ring of fat that so easily tends to latch on to us as the years go by. There are some good exercises using a yoga ball that can help keep control of that midriff bloating and fat.
Back extensions are one exercise you can do with a yoga ball. First, you kneel down in front of the yoga ball and lay yourself, face down, on top of the exercise ball with the abdoman on the ball.
Start by letting yourself relax hovering over the yoga ball, then roll down the ball and lift your chest slowly with your hands and arms behind your back until you are horizontal, hold the pose for a few seconds and slowly relax.
Be cautioned to discontinue this yoga ball exercise if you feel any discomfort - but try 4-6 on your first try and then keep up this yoga ball exercise at least 3-times a week as part of your overall yoga program.
