Yoga Teaches We Get What We Project

Do you find that you seem to rub people the wrong way? That people focus their attention on someone else when you walk in the room? Or even leave and go elsewhere, seemingly oblivious, or even uncomfortable with your presence?

Yoga teachings suggest that our internal view or self-image is likely to be the cause of how others react to us.

It's a very difficult concept for us to accept, it means we have to admit that the cause so many others may not have an interest in us is because we are not interested in ourselves!

Or, others may get angry with us because we are, in fact, angry with ourselves internally.

That's why yoga and meditation are so important in our life. It's not just some feel-good notion that we can tap into our inner being, instead it is a mandatory exercise for changing our inner being thereby changing the results around us.

Next time you feel unfomfortable, uncertain, or even angry with how others are around you, turn to yoga teachings as a method of finding what within you may have projected and caused this reaction to happen.

Miracles happen when you begin exploring your life through yoga and meditation, download this free report on 5 Miracles of Yoga and Meditation.
