Yoga and Meditation Means Time For You
Yoga and Meditation means a special time for you.
Often people write to me and ask "what is the best part of committing to a yoga and meditation routine each day, week-in and week-out?
When I first started yoga, I would have said the peace of mind, added strength or flexibility, but the truth is that it means a committed, scheduled block of time that I can spend just on me each week.
Maybe that sounds selfish, but in reality the time I spend practicing yoga and meditation has turned me into a better person that I can then share and interact with the rest of the world.
How about you? In our busy lives, how many of you sit down at the end of a week, month or even year and say to yourself, "I've got to start spending more time on myself?" Everyone seems to take FROM you, but you never can seem to find the time to re-charge, refresh the batteries.
Yoga and meditation should be that time for you. A few times each week, you have an excuse - a reason to block time to spend just on improving YOU. It will take a few weeks, but in time, everyone around you will see the benefit.
Don't wait any longer - start yoga and meditation, and more important, start spending time on you.
