Using Yoga and Meditation To Break Out Of A Funk!
It happens to all of us, we seem to ease into a sad, frustrating or period of weakness in our life - often known as a "funk". As you know, when that happens, its sometimes very difficult to crawl out of those times - that's when yoga and meditation really shine.
One of the feelings we often get when we drop into one of these funk's is that we just give up, we don't want to start anything that may bring us out - we almost have to be shocked out of it or hit the bottom.
Good news is that yoga and meditation are not difficult to participate in - its not like you need to all of a sudden get up and run 10 miles, instead just a 15-20 minute yoga or meditation session can do wonders for your mood impacting both your physiology and your mental attitude.
Drop over to Yoga and Meditation Success and poke around at some of the information and material we have there for you. Its our labor of love and please, next time you get into a funk, try easing into a yoga asana or practicing 15-20 minutes of uninterrupted meditation. You will soon find you can bring yourself out of almost any funk - and knowing that in itself will improve your life tremendously.
