Yoga For Golfers

I have to admit it, I love to golf. Not too crazy about watching it on TV, except
when Tiger Woods is in the hunt, but I do really love to play - my only problem,
a back that is highly susceptible to tightening up and leaving me in a horizontal
state the next day. Helping me out of this mess, I can now thank Yoga for Golfers.

Yoga for Golfers is a great new yoga book written by Katherine Roberts - it's certainly different than many other yoga books you may have been used to seeing in the past.

Where as many yoga books expose you to a ton of asanas (positions), this yoga book
sticks to yoga poses that are helpful for golf in terms of flexibility, performance
and mental state.

You've heard the cliche, golf is as much mental as it is physical. That is very true, in fact I would argue it is more mental. That's where this yoga book comes in
especially valuable - I used to get uptight before each game and with a few tips I learned directly from Yoga for Golfers, I am now relaxed and confident when I head up to the first tee.

Overall, this was a fascinating yoga book - a book that did help a great deal with my golf score and my fun level on the golf course, but also applied to many other life situations than just golf.

If you are both a golf and yoga enthusiast, then you will LOVE this yoga book. Check it out at our yoga book link on this page.
